                                  How to use polishing machine

Steps:

Rough polishing: First, rotate the threaded rod of the polishing wheel counterclockwise, install a thin felt under the disc, and install ultra-fine sandpaper on top. Use ultra-fine sandpaper to rough polish the surface. Then hold the lens with both hands so that the lens is at right angles to the polishing wheel surface, and then touch it gently for polishing.

For fine polishing, you need to replace the ultra-fine sandpaper, install a thin felt polishing wheel and evenly apply polishing agent, and then polish it in the same way as for coarse polishing (Note: When polishing glass lenses, only ultra-fine polishing is required. Use fine sandpaper for polishing).
