How to connect the pipes of the air compressor?
1. Connecting parts
All connections to the air compressor module must be in the form of threaded connections. Under no circumstances should components be soldered to the compressor module. If other parts of the air compressor system must be welded, it must be done before connecting these parts to the air compressor module. (Strong thermal shock or current shock will damage the air compressor module)
2. The size of the pipeline The port size of the air compressor module determines the smaller size of the pipeline to be connected. This applies to the air as well as the oil side piping.
Note: If the pipe diameter is not large enough, it will adversely affect the function, especially the performance level of the air compressor module. Here Xiaode recommends a larger flow rate of the pipeline (air pipe: suction side -15.0~20m/s; exhaust side -20.0~25m/s. Lubricating oil pipe: pressure pipe -1.0~2.5m/s; oil drain pipe- 0.1~0.2m/s.) 3. Appropriate measures should be taken to prevent or reduce the deformation of pipe components and mufflers due to gravity, bending moment and pressure for the allowable load on the flange, especially for the exhaust and suction flanges. Take special measures. To achieve this, special suspension techniques may be used for heavier components.
